At Hazel Armstrong’s, we want to ensure that our customers get the freshest product in the best possible condition.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-day mail, Monday-Thursday. Orders must be placed by 12pm Pacific Time for same day shipping. To limit transit time, orders are NEVER shipped over the weekend, so your chocolates won’t sit for any length of time in an environment with an uncontrolled temperature while enroute to the delivery address. Orders placed after 12pm Pacific will be shipped the following day if that day is Monday-Thursday. If the following day is a Friday-Sunday, the order will be shipped the following Monday, or the next available ship day.
During the warm season (May 1stthrough October 14th): All orders are packed in insulated packages (ice may be used when necessary).
We are only able to ship within the U.S. We are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
USPS has permission to leave packages at the recipient’s address without a signature of acceptance. Hazel Armstrong’s is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. When possible, we suggest shipping to a business location. Hazel Armstrong’s will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt, or if it is returned to us by USPS unless the return is due to carrier error.
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. Hazel Armstrong’s cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Standard shipping and handling fees are charged per delivery address. Packing includes an insulation pack if needed due to high weather temperatures anywhere along the delivery path.
