After you've filled out your order form, please save the updated sheet with your Company's name in place of TEMPLATE in the filename. Email your completed spreadsheet to us at pam@hazelarmstrongs.com with the subject "New Large Order From [Company Name]."
If you'd like to ship to less than 15 gift addresses it will be quicker to order the items individually online and have them shipped directly to the recipient.
